In Person/Walk Up
Utility bills may be paid in person at the City Hall Cashier during regular business hours. The City accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at the Cashier counter. Payments after-hours can be made at the drop box located at the same address:

A utility bill payment can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account each month using the City's free automatic payment plan. Before funds are actually transferred, a statement is mailed out reflecting the amount of the payment to be withdrawn from the account, allowing time to make any bill inquiries or ensure that the account has the necessary funds. The City now offers a convenient, secure way to receive your utility bill via email. By signing up for On-Line Bill Presentment, you help the City’s “go green” initiative by saving time, postage and paper. You will receive a monthly e-mail notice that your bill is ready to be viewed. The service stores 13 months of account information and expands the available methods to pay a utility bill.
