Online One-time Payments

Utility bills may be paid on-line through the City’s Web site using American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.  To make a payment now, click here.  

In Person/Walk Up

Utility bills may be paid in person at the City Hall Cashier during regular business hours. The City accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at the Cashier counter. Payments after-hours can be made at the drop box located at the same address:

Utility bills may be paid by mail with the envelope included with the statement.

Automatic Payments

A utility bill payment can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account each month using the City's free automatic payment plan. To download an enrollment form, click here.
