Welcome to the Centennial General Plan. In February 2014, the City Council adopted the City’s "Centennial General Plan." The Centennial General Plan guides many important community decisions through 2028 – the Centennial year of the City’s founding. Program Environmental Impact Report

General Plan Strategic Implementation Program

Each year, the City Council updates a General Plan Strategic Implementation Program (SIP) in conjunction with the annual budget and Capital Improvement Program update. The SIP includes an annual progress report for General Plan implementation and a give five-year implementation program for the coming fiscal year. For the latest SIP, click here.
